1934 Rolls Royce Barker Limousine
| This later car still wears its original limousine coachwork from the highly respected West London fi rm of Barkers, makers of amongst the very finest bodies for these cars, and regarded at the time as the “offi cial” coachbuilder to Rolls Royce. Chassis GKC 25 has been in the current ownership since the late 1960s, and was subject to a partial rebuild in the early 1970s when amongst other work, a stainless steel exhaust system was fi tted. The car has not been in use for some 25 years, being kept in near ideal conditions of dry storage. The car is, however, in very original and sound condition, and requires only light restoration. Original Barker coachwork is always desirable, and this is a very correct car in a condition requiring only a small amount of work to make good. A V5 certifi cate enables the period registration number to be retained. |
